Refund Policy

Bharatiye Loktantarik Jan Kalyan Sansthan (BLJKS) is a non-profit organization. Contributions made through this website are used to support our social welfare programs and community initiatives.

Donations

All donations made to BLJKS are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions made unintentionally
• Incorrect amount debited due to a technical error
• Payment deducted but not successfully received by BLJKS

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact us with valid proof of transaction, including transaction ID, date, and payment details.

After verification, if the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Voluntary donations made without error
• Incorrect details entered by the user during payment
• Change of mind after successful transaction

BLJKS reserves the right to review and approve or reject refund requests based on internal verification and policy guidelines.
